With the window rolled down, it’s not hard to discover Wolf Willow a.k.a Silverberry. The unmistakable sweet fragrance of its yellow blooms and silvery leaves gives it away where ever it chooses to grow.
For the camping enthusiasts and those that enjoy a campfire, it is not recommended to burn the green wood from Wolf Willow. Apparently, it gives off an odour likened to that of an old outhouse on a hot day. Not something I can attest to, just an observation found in several books in my library.
A day on the back roads is ever changing, aways beautiful and never disappointing.
Do you have Wolf Willow growing in your part of the world?
