This morning, listening to the day come alive, I am able to share some exciting news. A project that has been over a year in planning and orchestrating will be launched this evening.
Imagine twenty-four people representing various art forms coming together to be part of the first Voice and Vision Collaboration. Twelve members of the Airdrie Writers' Group and twelve artists from Airdrie and the surrounding areas will gather at the Airdrie Public Library to meet their collaboration partners who will be anonymously assigned.
This evening will be the start of a journey to create pieces inspired by each others’ work. I am looking forward to sharing my involvement in this journey with you.
