Protagonist a.k.a. the leading character.
I can’t say that having a book published is something that was on my bucket list. There is a possibility because it has been a quiet internal wish (since forever) it might be construed as bucket list material. I see it as a lifelong project.
It all started with writing two e-cookbooks. From Our Home To Yours: Cookies and From Our Home To Yours: Cakes & Squares.
On the literary side? Moon Rising: An Eclectic Collection of Works took forty years plus to write. It takes the credit as the one that became the diving board for other manuscripts and projects now in the works.
My need to share opened the gate for endless possibilities. E-books and down loadable information pages are capable of keeping me busy for a long time. But, I have discovered that I like to write fiction. Being a story teller takes me on journeys and my characters open up a Pandora’s box of possibilities.
Emilea, Jan and Brandi are three women with diverse lives. Together, they could set sparks flying between them if I were to throw them together in one storyline.
Will that happen? Hard to say at this point. Each, currently has their own agenda. Their lives moulded around what they love to do.
Brandi has inspired me to finish one novel currently in first round editing. She has motivated me to start on the outline for a possible sequel. Emilea’s story is always bubbling in the background. Waiting for me to add more ingredients. And, Jan? She is quite the protagonist! She keeps the intrigue simmering.
Each take a lead role on the sheets of paper between the front and back cover of my imagination. Fiction in various stages of completion. Editing, work in progress and sequel. Sparks smoulder waiting for selective tinder to ignite the story.
