I am always looking for quick and easy lunch, dinner meals and add-ons. This salad not only fits that bill, it’s a great way to use up the one of's and leftovers in the fridge and crisper.
For the base, I use a commercial Shredded Broccoli Slaw - One cup per serving (more or less).
Toppings - Diced to small chunks
Add Leftovers - Diced to small chunks
As long as your left overs aren’t breaded in flour, this recipe will fit in nicely for the Paleo and Gluten Free followers.
