Butter Medallions
Ingredients
1/2 cup of softened butter - must be butter
1 tablespoon of fresh herbs - your choice - chopped fine
1 clove of garlic - minced
Combine herbs and garlic. Add to butter. Blend until evenly distributed.
Place in the fridge until firm.
Place on top of grilled steak, pork, poultry, baked potatoes and grilled vegetables.
Soften and use to make garlic bread.
Chives and Chive Flowers, Basil, Oregano, Cilantro, Dill
A mixture of any.
