It would be a very lonely world without our animals and pets.

A soul-calming sight, indeed. Your photos remind me of Scarlet in Elmira, Idaho (The Carrot Ranch horse). I think there's nothing more stunning than a sorrel in green pastures. Although the love of my life was once a blood red bay. Lovely verse, Ann!

I am taking the time this morn to read through some emails that I had been saving and one of them is yours, Ann. Beautiful poem and lovely photos - a wonderful contrast to the foot of snow that is currently outside my door.

A winter's day filled with snow and cold deserves a break, and going to sunshine, green grass and of course, horses is the respite we need sometimes.
